Please bring a valid BC DL or gold care card to qualify for the senior rate.  This is a little more trouble butit reduces the cost.

We have to arrive pay for the ferry fares 30 minutes before the sailing so please get to the terminal in time for us to get organized and paid. Plan to be at the terminal no later than 4:20pm.

Our Group  reservation for the ferry which allows us to have two luggage carts reserved.

If you are not travelling with the group on the bus please let Paddy Bradley (tripco-ordinator) know by email to so we have an accurate count for the ferry and bus.

The bus will be picking us up at Tsawwassen.  You will need to collect your luggage and make your way to the waiting coach in the bus pick-up area.  Our bus is InternationalStage Line.

We will be having a Potluck on Saturday night split between two rooms (sorry no more banquet/meetingroom), so bring your favourite dish to share.

The bus will arrive on Monday between 2:30 and 3:00 and depart when loaded to catch the 7:00 pm ferry home.
